I wish I had known this sooner. I was stuck around high C-D above the staff for about 6 months and made no progress. Now I can hit a G.

I've watched many trumpet instructional videos, but these :42 seconds are genius! I hope you don't mind, but I'm using this demo with my students this year. There's no better visual way to explain the difference between "more air" as many have been taught, and the much more accurate "more EFFICIENT air" as you demonstrate here.

@mysterytomastery1 Sorry I might comment on a lot of these but I really want to improve my playing this summer. I'm confused, I've always been told you need to control your air to play the higher notes and that you need to use more air to play them. Sorry I'm asking so many questions,
