Your goal is to improve steadily so relax, enjoy and accept all that the journey has to offer. Having good days and bad days is part of the learning experience and all elite performers deal with difficulties on a daily basis.

3. Be Realistic -

Don’t try to conquer the world in one day, it’s just not possible. Practise correctly, consistently and always stay positive.

4. You can't clean this house if you can't see the dirt -
